- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 4 whole wheat buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, and other toppings of your choice
To prepare the burgers, follow these steps:
- In a food processor, pulse the salmon until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl and add the parsley, dill, chives, mustard, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix well and shape into four patties.
- Refrigerate the patties for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
- Heat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate or the pan. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
- Spread some mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the buns and top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a salmon patty. Add more toppings as desired and serve with your favorite side dish.
