Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 slices stale bread, crusts removed and chopped
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar

- 2 cups ice-cold water

Instructions:
