Fresh Ginger & Lime Dressing & Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, ginger, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Use immediately as a dressing or marinade, or store in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes:
- This dressing is great on salads, roasted vegetables, grilled chicken or fish, and as a marinade for tofu or vegetables.
- If you prefer a spicier dressing, add some red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
